Morning Star is a modern, stylish beach resort which has been finished to a high standard. It's set on a beautiful stretch of sunset-view beach in Baan Kai, only around 10 minutes drive from the main party town of Haad Rin.

The comfortable bungalows are set amid scenic tropical gardens, offering both privacy and tranquility.

 
The restaurant has a nice open, relaxed feel with comfortable rattan furniture, friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and a spotless kitchen which serves tasty, good value Thai & International food.

The Cocktail Bar is the perfect place in the evening with its cool lighting, well trained bar staff and high quality drinks menu.

Not too far from the restaurant is the swimming pool, which offers stunning views across the white sands and turquoise sea to Koh Samui.

You can relax and enjoy the view, perhaps ordering a drink or snack from the menu without even having to move from your sun lounger.

It's a fun place to hang out with special attention paid to evening entertainment, including regular guest DJs, barbeques and a special night on friday with free drinks for the ladies!

Free transfer to all the Koh Phangan parties is also arranged for you including Full Moon, Black Moon and Half Moon which are all between 5-10 minutes drive from the resort.

There are plenty of beach and water sports you can enjoy here including volleyball and kayaking. Alternatively if you want to watch a movie or play some games indoors you can rent a Playstation 3 or DVD player free of charge!
