- For the guest who stay in The Cliff Bungalow every sunday and the next day after Full Moon night have to accept for any noise from the party near by without any compensation
- Shuttle service between Had Rin Pier and Cocohut is free of charge for all Type Room Guest
- For all guests in house FULL MOON** a Minimum 5 night stay is compulsory for all room type and have compulsory cocktail party 750/ person. Children 6-12 year old Cock tail party must to pay 300THB./ person.
- For all guests in house 24 Dec & 31 Dec 2010 a Minimum 10 night stay is compulsory for all room type and arrival date is at least before or on 29 Dec 2010 and have compulsory New year party 2,900 / person. Children 6-12 year old for New year party must to pay 1,450 THB./person.
- Children 0-5 year old 1 child free of charge for extra bed and breakfast. If a child more than one person must pay for extra bed and breakfast 200 THB./ person.
- Children 6-12 year old 50% charge for extra bed and breakfast. Cocktail party must to pay 300 THB./ person. New year party must to pay 1,450 THB./person.

No Show
In the event that the individual or entire groups do not arrive, or should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a full cost of entire stay. The tour operator shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent to the contract rate
